Before I knew it my training was all over, and it was time for a week's leave that we are given to go and say goodbye to everybody.
This was way too fast, I would have loved to spend more time seeing everybody but the whole time just rushed past, with seeing family and a big night out with friends. It was very hard saying goodbye to everyone for a year.
Clarissa and I then headed to Hobart and had a few days camping in a camper we rented. Lots of great free camping spots in Tasmania to visit.
My parents came down and spent a day in Hobart with me and then all of a sudden it was time to get on the ship and say goodbye.
